The summary:  The post-pandemic state of education has seen downturn in the number of instructors and especially substitute instructors.  Regular instructors are required to leave plans to be carried out in their absence, however, due to lack of training, they are finding competent substitutes who can carry our their instructions to be lacking.  This training is to help bridge the gap and better equip substitute educators succeed in their role.
